Delivery & installation

Lead time

Every FeroPod is built to order. The average lead time is 12 to 16 weeks after your order is confirmed. You'll receive a personal estimate once you've placed your order.

Delivery area

Standard delivery is included in the Netherlands and Belgium. Beyond those countries we generally deliver throughout Europe — please get in touch for a quote.

Installation

Standard delivery and installation are included in the price. Our installers ensure everything is set up correctly and safely. If needed, the FeroPod can be lifted over obstacles such as walls or extensions with a crane, making placement possible in almost any garden. Additional costs may apply.

Warranty

All FeroPods come with the following warranty periods:

10 yearsConstruction — the stainless steel frame and housing are free from material and manufacturing defects.

3 yearsElectronic components — including the motor of the electric folding door.

2 yearsVarious parts and accessories.

The warranty does not apply in case of misuse, improper installation by third parties, or damage caused by external factors.
